Out of Policy Refund Requests may be submitted by a reserving party who are unable to keep a reservation shall be considered and determined by the Director. Out of policy refunds are considered for extraordinary conditions in which the reserving party may be unable to cancel a reservation within the approved cancellation timeframe.
