Foster Park Day Use area is currently open to pedestrian access only. Restrooms are available at the north end of the park by the entrance to the Ojai Valley Trail.
Ventura County Parks is currently accepting public comment on the Concept Design Plan for the restoration of Foster Park. Public comment will be accepted by email to County.Parks@VenturaCounty.gov through January 16, 2026.
